About My Products

What materials do you use?

As all of my products are handmade by me and they vary, the specific details of the materials for each product will be listed in the description of their respective listings.

Are your products made to order or ready to ship?

All current products are ready to ship. What you see in the shop is ready to go! Once your order is placed I'll have it packed and on its way to you as soon as possible.

Do you accept custom or personalised orders?

Not at this stage, but it's something I'd love to explore in the future. Keep an eye on my socials and my newsletter for updates!

Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Handmade gifts have a little something extra special about them. If you'd like something gift wrapped, just let me know in the notes at checkout and I'll do my best.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the shop, add your favourite pieces to your cart and checkout — it's that easy! If you have any trouble at all, feel free to get in touch.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible at pho@phoscreations.store . I'll always do my best to help, but once an order has been shipped I'm unable to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? 

Currently I ship within Australia only. I'm hoping to expand to international shipping in the future — follow along on YouTube and my newsletter to stay in the loop!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location within Australia, typically 3-5 days for metro areas and a little longer for regional areas.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. I offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Do you offer tracking on orders?

Yes! Once your order is on its way you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged please get in touch within 2 days with a photo and I'll make it right.

Do you take commissions or custom requests?

Not at this stage, but it's something I'd love to explore in the future. Keep an eye on my socials and newsletter for updates!

Can I see more of your work / follow along?

Of course! I mainly post on my YouTube channel Pho’s Creations. I usually post process videos, reviews on products or courses, updates on my business and art journeys and behind the scenes content of starting and running a book centred art business. 

Joining my newsletter is probably the best way to get updates delivered straight to you as well as exclusive insights and deals. 

Do you sell at markets or pop-up events?

I plan to, so keep an eye on my socials for updates or better yet, sign up for my newsletter!

Returns & Issues

What is your returns or exchange policy?

Because my products are handmade, I don't accept change-of-mind returns. However if there is an issue with your order please don't hesitate to reach out. I want you to love what you receive.

What if I receive the wrong item?

That would be my mistake and I'm so sorry if that happens! Just get in touch and I'll sort it out for you straight away.
